You think you’re hungry, while your body actually is craving for water. That is why it is  necissary to drink a large glass or bottle of water before you eat. Hunger often disappears quickly!

 

Since water is so cucial for you, you might ask yourself if you are drinking enough. There is no magic amount of water that you have to drink  every day. Drink during meals and should for sure drink when you are thirsty, respond to how your body feels. Be sure to drink some extra water when  you’re out in really hot weather, especially while taking part in sports or excercising.
