1. Use a barbell or dumbbell, lift it from the floor up to shoulders, then push pressing overhead (do it while standing). Remember to choose the weight that challenging enough for you. Do a set of 10-15 reps and you’ll be surprise to find that you’re huffing and puffing like you just climbed seven storeys building.

2.Get a dumbbell and do one arm snatches; 20 reps for each arm. Again, choose the appropriate weight for your dumbbell.

3. A series of bodyweight squats, lunges, and push ups for five minutes straight with little rest.

All the exercises above are looked like weight training or strength training, but it also strengthen your cardiovascular system as well, so you got two benefits in one go.
