I do agree with you, once you found the best method that work for you, just stick with it and practice until you success. A weight loss method that is suitable for others may not necessary suitable for you. For example, if your friend is able to exercise for 3 hrs per day, you may not able to do that but you can control your daily diet which your friend may find difficulties in doing that. You get my point? Just stick with your plan, thats my point.
