4 Tips to Packing on a Large Amount of Muscle Mass
How to gain weight fast? You’re probably asking that question cause’ you are haveing a rough time gaining any weight. As you may know many people are trying to drop weight and it can be impossable to get an answer to that question.
In this tutorial we are going to go over the most important things you will want to know about to pack on weight the healthy way. Here is a list of 4 things you have to know right now to get started.
1. Diet, Diet
The most critical factor is that you need to consume a huge amount of calories. Were not talking about Hardies or Mickie D’s either. While you can definitely increase the amount of calories you take in from fast food almost every meal you would eat from those places has very little nutritional value. You have to take in good mass building foods.
Things like whole wheat foods and lean meats are you’re only bet.
To gain weight without getting too much fat you must balence all of you’re meals. To balence you’re diet properly you have to eat 30% of you’re daily intake from healthy fat like fish oil and olive oil, four grams of good carbs for each pound that you weight, and 1 G. of protein for every pound of body weight.
2. Take protein shakes three times a day
Sitting down and eating six whole meals every day is a daunting task. Make it easier on yourself and put down a protein shake two to three times a day. You have a couple different options here. You can attempt a weight gainer that is full with good carbohydrates. A good choice would be pro five mass builder or monster food.
The one option I personally like is to get a plain protein powder and add in the carbs in myself. I learned this method from Anthony Ellis. Take twelve ounces of water and put in 6 ice cubes, 1 banana, 5 blueberries, 3 tsp. of heavy whipping cream, and 2 scoops of protein powder. You get all of you’re of carbs in and the whipping cream makes it taste better.
3. Drink lots of water
Drinking 10 glasses of water through out the day has a variety of positive effects. You can easily drink the total amount of water you have to have by putting down 1-2 glasses with each meal.
4. Lift Weights
Can you gain weight without going to the gym? In one word…No. It is not possable to pack on muscle without getting to to the weight room. There’s one more important thing you need to consider. You have to lift up heavy weights. To activate the most muscle fibers lifting heavy weights is absoultly critical. This is important because the more muscle fibers that you stimulate with your workout the quicker you will get bigger. So that in a nutshell is how to get big. Now go get yourself into the gym.
