You have to realize that eating healthier and making better choices is the only way you will be successful at weight loss.

The answer to this question is now and for the rest of your life. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, the changes you make have to be life-long. If you lose weight and then go back to your old ways, what will most likely happen? That’s right; you will gain the weight back.

4. Where?  You have to make good choices everywhere

The answer to this question is everywhere. You have to make good choices everywhere you go. If you work, bring a healthy lunch to work with you and healthy snacks, too. Any time you will be away from the house and know that you will get hungry, bring healthy choices with you. It is important that you make changes in every area of your life.

5. Why?

What is the answer to this question? Only you can answer it. Why would you like to lose weight? Do you want to get healthier? Do you want to look better? Are you tired of being tired and not able to keep up with your friends and family? Your reasons for losing weight are personal to you and should be what keeps you motivated on this journey.

Losing weight is something that can make you a much happier and healthier person. While it is not always easy, you can do it and become the person you want to be!
